I’ve been learning about ageless living for over 3 decades and created this site in hopes that you begin to “see” whole food in a new light.

Joel Fuhrman M.D., Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Kelly Ann and many others have opened my eyes.

Joel Fuhrman M.D. has been my favorite Doctor to follow. He has taught me to eat the rainbow by making sure to eat G.B.O.M.B.S. (greens + berries + onions + mushrooms + beans + seeds) daily, and I truly try. I’ve felt a great improvement in my energy levels too.

Dr Mark Hyman has opened my eyes to soy and its production of inflammation of the brain, plus its other horrible affects on the human body.

Dr Kelly Ann has been my influence on adding bone broth into my diet for quite a few years. Thankfully I found a free book from Dr. Axe on Bone Broth that pin pointed all the necessary information in one small paperback hand book, so I’ve share a few of the nuggets here.

These are only a handful of the Doctors I’ve been following and learning about ageless living with over the past 3 decades, but many others have graced me with their wisdom too.

The main source of all the wisdom put into these illustrated learning cards was the wisdom shared in the Holy Bible. Its all there, science and all. He created the world before us, and we were created from the world. Everything we need is in the Earth, and the Earth is in us.
