Just like a coconut resembles a cancer cell because they biologically protect the human body from cancers when they are part of an oxidized oil-free diet.

Coconut is much more effective when it is consumed as solid coconut oil (its still good to consume if it melted on the counter) but don’t buy the liquid mct oils because those are devoid of their medicinal property monolaurin. Coconut oil possesses medicinal properties which cross into the blood -brain, oxygen barriers and is one of the few things in nature that does. It breaks down into an extremely small molecule, so small that it can get into a tooth’s pore, helping it to regrow itself.

Super germs

Coconut provides mono-laurin which converts into lauric acid and breaks down into free fatty acids plus medium chain fatty acids. Mono-laurin is the most abundant saturated fat in coconut oil, giving it its medicinal qualities. When the coconut oil mixes with the salivary enzymes and the gastric bypass juices it becomes deadly to super-germs, microbes, virus, fungus, bacteria and parasites. Since coconut oil breaks into small molecules (medium chain fatty acids and free fatty acids) it can cross into the 2 layers of lipids that a super germ normally hides itself in, killing it before the super-germ is removed by the immunity soldiers. Medium chain fatty acids are only found in tropical oils (>48%) a lactating mother’s milk (9%) and milk fat (3%).

Coconut oil also fights inflammation, helps to regrow the white blood cells, assists with bone formation, helps to regulate digestion, regrows the mucus membrane lining, helps with circulation and much much more.

Coconut oil should be the only oil used for cooking because it is heat stable and doesn’t oxidize with medium heat. Oils which are liquid at room temperature should only be used at room temperature in salad dressings, for a drizzle oil etc, otherwise they oxdize with heat and feed free-radical formation leading to inflammation and oxidation of the body= aging, disease formation etc.

Thankfully the human body was created to thrive and survive. With a whole food diet rich in tropical oil and free from bad oil; diseases can be reversed, prevented or eradicated. Just as the liver, heart and skin can be regenerated; so can all the living cells be regenerated, if they receive the proper nourishment of micro nutrients (vitamins & minerals) and macro nutrients (carbohydrates, protein & fats (good fats)).

Thus, the photo protective properties of B-carotene may protect against ultraviolet light induced carcinogenesis. Immunoenhancement of B-carotene may contribute to cancer protection. B-carotene may also have anticarcinogenic effect by altering the liver metabolism effects of carcinogens.[] Vitamin C may be helpful in preventing cancer.[] The possible mechanisms by which vitamin C may affect carcinogenesis include antioxidant effects, blocking of formation of nitrosanimes, enhancement of the immune response, and acceleration of detoxification of liver enzymes. Vitamin E, an important antioxidant, plays a role in immunocompetence by increasing humoral antibody protection, resistance to bacterial infections, cell-mediated immunity, the T-lymphocytes tumor necrosis factor production, inhibition of mutagen formation, repair of membranes in DNA, and blocking micro cell line formation.[] Hence vitamin E may be useful in cancer prevention and inhibit carcinogenesis by the stimulation of the immune system. The administration of a mixture of the above three antioxidant reveled the highest reduction in risk of developing cardiac cancer.
