Whole foods resemble the body part they will biologically benefit and protect

Thankfully the human body was created to thrive and survive. With a whole food diet rich in tropical oil and free from bad oil; diseases can be reversed, prevented or eradicated. Just as the liver, heart and skin can be regenerated; so can all the living cells be regenerated, if they receive the proper nourishment of micro nutrients (vitamins & minerals) and macro nutrients (carbohydrates, protein & fats).

Cancer Prevention

Preventing deadly cancers is as easy as eating the right foods, to provide the right enzymes, which fight the imbalance of cancer cells and healthy cells in the human body.   Everyone possesses cancer cells in their bodies, but its the imbalance of free radicals and anti-oxidants which can lead to the deadly imbalance.

Create a good balance of radicals and anti-oxidants to eliminate the probability of deadly diseases. Prevent deadly cancers by adding Beta-carotene, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin D to your daily oxidized oil free diet.

Antioxidants can decrease oxidative stress induced carcinogenesis by a direct scavenging of ROS and/or by inhibiting cell proliferation secondary to the protein phosphorylation. B-carotene may be protective against cancer through its antioxidant function, because oxidative products can cause genetic damage. Thus, the photo protective properties of B-carotene may protect against ultraviolet light induced carcinogenesis. Immunoenhancement of B-carotene may contribute to cancer protection. B-carotene may also have anticarcinogenic effect by altering the liver metabolism effects of carcinogens.[] Vitamin C may be helpful in preventing cancer.[] The possible mechanisms by which vitamin C may affect carcinogenesis include antioxidant effects, blocking of formation of nitrosanimes, enhancement of the immune response, and acceleration of detoxification of liver enzymes. Vitamin E, an important antioxidant, plays a role in immunocompetence by increasing humoral antibody protection, resistance to bacterial infections, cell-mediated immunity, the T-lymphocytes tumor necrosis factor production, inhibition of mutagen formation, repair of membranes in DNA, and blocking micro cell line formation.[] Hence vitamin E may be useful in cancer prevention and inhibit carcinogenesis by the stimulation of the immune system. The administration of a mixture of the above three antioxidant reveled the highest reduction in risk of developing cardiac cancer.

Vegetables

Garlic

Garlic and garlic-derived oil-soluble compound diallyl disulfide (DADS) and garlic constituent diallyl trisulfide (DATS) are effective in suppressing breast cancer by inducing apoptotic cell death. DADS activate the of metabolizing enzymes that detoxify carcinogens, the suppression of DNA adduct formation, the inhibition of the production of reactive oxygen species, the regulation of cell-cycle arrest and the induction of apoptosis. It also synergizes the effect of eicosapentaenoic acid, a breast cancer suppressor and antagonizes the effect of linoleic acid, which is a breast cancer enhancer.

Selenium-enriched garlic or organoselenium compounds provide more potent protection against mammary carcinogenesis than natural garlic or the respective organosulfur analogues. Garlic-derived organosulfur compounds (OSCs) have highly effective antitumor effects.

Mushrooms- [Maitaki mushrooms]

Maitaki mushroom posses beta glucan which stimulates proliferation and activation of white blood cells, known as monocytes, in patients with advanced breast cancer. It effectively stimulates an immune response from T-cells, NK cells, cytokines interleukin (IL) 1 and 2, as well as macrophages.

Beta glucans are naturally occurring fibers made up of polysaccharides. Polysaccharides are made up of of multiple sugars, joined together forming chains of glucose molecules; which are principle constituents of the cell walls of fungi, bacteria and yeast. Polysaccharides are biologically active, meaning they can carry biological data through their branch-like structures; which may be why beta glucan has been found to be one of the safest therapies available, for providing immune-stimulating and cancer fighting properties.

Mushroom- [White button]

White button mushrooms prevent the proliferation of breast cancer cells, thanks to the mushrooms polysaccharides, which are known for their immuno-modulating and anti-tumor properties. They also contain calcium and vitamin D for strong healthy bones. Their anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties help to prevent ear infections too.

Red cabbage

Red cabbage possesses resveratrol – the most powerful & natural anti-cancer factor known to man. Which provides a booster effect for all other minerals and vitamins, its a destroyer of the vessels that feed tumors and it works to block metastasis of malignant cells.

The rich red color of red cabbage indicate a large concentration of anthocyanin polyphenols which increases the amount of protective phytonutrients when compared to green cabbage. Anthocyanin pigments provide health benefits in the form of dietary antioxidants, anti-inflammatory benefits; plus they are gaining attention due to their potentially protective, preventative and therapeutic roles in disease.

Sulforaphane is also present in red cabbage, it has the power to inhibit the harmful enzyme Histone Deacetylase (HDAC), known to be involved in the progression of cancer cells.

Red Onion

Red onion contains high levels of both quercetin and anthocyanin. Anthocyanin helps to enrich the scavenging properties of quercetin, helping to prevent cancer cell growth while providing many more health benefits.

Fruit

Blood orange

The blood orange is high in antioxidants. They possess the flavonoid anthocyanin as well as carotenoids. Anthocyanins have a proven ability to reduce cancer cell proliferation and to inhibit tumor formation.  The blood orange (not the lighter shades of pink) contain the anthocyanin named chrysanthemin which protects against human breast cancer cells in vitro and in vivo by inducing apoptosis.

Blueberry

The blueberry possesses a phytochemical named Pterostilbene, which is closely related to resveratrol, but much more effective. It inhibits the growth of breast cancer cells by inducing apoptosis, cell cycle arrest and prevention of the proliferation of breast cancer cell. Pterostilbene contains two extra methyl groups than resveratrol does, plus it is more stable, offering a higher bioavailability. Pterostilbene has proven anticancer, anti-inflammation, antioxidant, apoptosis, anti-proliferation and analgesic effects.

Grapefruit

The grapefruit possesses Astaxanthin and Naringin properties. Astaxanthin prevents the proliferation of blood vessels to cancer cells; thereby starving and killing the cancer cells which have taken root in the breasts fat cells.

Naringin is a major flavonoid extracted from citrus fruits, which has been reported to exert promising anticancer activities. It inhibits cell proliferation while promoting cell apoptosis.

Navel Orange

The navel orange possesses Astaxanthin and limonoid properties. Astaxanthin prevents the proliferation of blood vessels to cancer cells; thereby starving and killing the cancer cells which have taken root in the breasts fat cells. They also grow the breasts bigger while helping to prevent breast cancer growth. Limonoids prevent estrogen-responsive breast cancer.

Peach

The peach’s predominant phenolic acids are hydroxycinnamic acids, including: caffeic and ferulic acids, which display a potent antioxidant and anti-radical activity in models of breast cancer. Flavonoids, procyanidins and anthocyanins combined with the phenolic acids work to provide biological protection and have improved chemotherapeutic activity towards breast cancer cell lines.

The Rich Lady variety of Peach provides breast cancer cell growth inhibition via its phenolic acids: chlorogenic acid, neo-chlorogenic acid, as well as quercetin 3Beta glucoside, procyanidins, anthocyanins and flavonoids.

Red Plum

The red plum’s predominant phenolic acids are hydroxycinnamic acids, including: caffeic and ferulic acids, which display a potent antioxidant and anti-radical activity in models of breast cancer, acting through different mechanisms, which is why you need to add a variety of breast cancer fighting foods to your oxidized oil free diet, to benefit from the medicinal properties of whole food. Strawberry

The phenolic acids provided by strawberries include gallic acid, protocatechuic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, ellagic acid, and cinnamic acid plus various types of flavonoids (flavone: luteolin; flavonols: rutin, myricetin, quercetrin, and quercetin; flavanols: gallocatechin, epigallocatechin, catechin, and catechin gallate; anthocyanidins: malvidin-3-galactoside, malvidin-3-glucoside, and cyanidin) making it a perfect nutraceutical.

Tangerine

Tangerine possess Astaxanthin, Tangeretin & Nobiletin properties which are all effective in the fight against breast cancer. While Astaxanthin is capable of decreasing proliferation of malignant cells; the two flavonoids Tangeretin and Nobiletin inhibit the growth of melanoma cells.
